I'm going to go for the total Mario Kart feel though, Karts with weapons, itemboxes, etc.

It seems that we both have done similar ways of creating it, using an emulator to dump the raw mesh and build apon it. Just by driving on it you can "feel" the low poly-ness of the original mesh, and the difference the engines are.

*shrugs* I still have work to do on mine, textures do need a revamp here, but other than that it's there. ^_^

Upon seeing lightning's work, I'm not fully sure if i want to continue with mine . Having two rainbow road maps out there would be kinda odd. And for me, rainbow road isn't very important, compared with Facility.

Unless a whole bunch of you protest, i'm scrapping this and getting back to work on Facility.

Has someone else already done this? Most of the model came from geometry dumps from an emulator running the rom, but the (very simple)textures and the starting line posts/banner were done by me.
