Because in the rules it says the two words "No" and "Animations."

Im pretty sure it has something to do with bandwidth but those are the rules and everyone has gotta follow them.

I personally don't see any bandwidth problem if it's still under the filesize limits. But it's not up to me. Sorry, we don't make the rules, just enforce them.

But i like the Bg that really the only thing i happen to like the bg is blah against the render and text.
