Throwing Knife mod project

Ok, so, what i am currently working on is a mod for a throwing knife, which is based off of the plasma grenade. I know it sounds crazy, but its actually pretty sick. Since the nades stick to things, it works well with having a "knife" sticking into MC. I set it so there is no arc, its just a straight throw, as well as made it a very small explosion with a lot of force (i.e. 1 second delay, then instant death.) I've also given MC the properties of the sniper head shot, so he just crumples to the ground when hit with a "knife." Pretty much all it comes down to is, i need a model...and thats it. I suck at modeling, so if someone wants to help me out and make this project happen, that would be sick.

sounds intresting, if u can change the effect on it so its not glowing blue witha blue explosion could be very cool. making a knife from a nade shouldnt be too hard im sure u can find someone up to it.

yeah, my nade right now doesnt glow, i got rid of those effects with HMT3 and then gave it the properties of a bullet, so there is no explosion what so ever...MC just falls down. So please....someone finish a knife model....

ha thanks but im VERY busy at the moment with my own project hopfully comin out next 2 weeks or so, and busy with senior paper (UGH should be doing it right now but need a break), sorry cant help u, but maybe when my project is done, quag and vegito just joined me to take off a little load for me but if u can wait a couple weeks and dont have any takers i might be able to help u out.

why not use the knife model from counter-strike??

because we cant put any models in of our own or from anywhere else..... all we can do is extract the ones already in the game and pull verticies around without adding or deleting anything

haha yeah, you hit it right on the button...i was playing some old school golden eye and some perfect dark when i was like "HEY! That would be sick for halo!" Argrn, your help would be much appreciated, just send me an email at unleaded13@hotmail.com and we can work this shit out...

ohhh man nice, yeah those hog models are sick, speically the jet one. Model up a combat looking knife if u got the time and then just email me with it.

well the mod appears to be going well, everthing with the nade is working out...now all i need is a MODEL! SOME ONE GET ON THE KNIFE....or...ball...or something...
