Halo 2 ingame freezes?!?!?!?!?

hey guys i get a problem often, when i make mods on maps, i have very few mods compared to skinning and stuff like that, i just have projectile swaps, flying vehicles, and little stuff like that. But my game will just freeze everyonce in a while when i'm playing, and i'm not overloading it because i'm not doing that much, it just freezes randomly, can someone help me?

Five day minimum bump time. Also some mods just freeze sometimes.

what's the reason that they just freeze?
cuz even though i have few mods, it still does which really bothers me. =(
