The screenshot shows multiple check boxes for the same thing? And also would it be possible to say make the middle box of glass on lockout breakable so you can drop down?

No, because it isn't breakable bsp. It would take much time, and knowledge beyond our current means.

As for the multiple checkboxes that do the same thing... They are different Bit numbers.

I remember the old Wall Walker where I went to an Xlink Game and stuck my head halfway through the wall on Zanzibar (just messing around with this mod in a game) and a guy walked past and was like "OMG WTF!" and started freaking out :x Then I used a trainer to be really tiny, grabbed a sniper, looked like it was just a sniper on the ground, so when a guy came to get the sniper I ran away and jumped off the edge lmao :P It was fun messing with people. :twisted: Okay, I'll stop before I get way off topic.

Question: Is there a way to apply the climable property to something other than bsp? Like a scen or mach? It'd be nice to be able to just insert ladders (control walkway or something) into a map anywhere you want, rather than just make walls climbable.

Headlong has two climbable ladders (Not including the hidden one.)

I'm sure it woul take a bi of experimenting, but just follow the tag and see where it takes you.

There's a bitmask contained in the sbsp, which donates which surface face's are climbable. I assume this is correct as halo 1 does it this way..

Wouldnt there still be something in the bipd? The flood are able to scale walls and face the proper direction when doing so...Isnt that the way it was done for h1?

probably.. this method technically doesnt allow u to 'walk' on walls.. it just allows u to climb them like a ladder.

The flood infection forms aren't bipeds in Halo2 - they're "creatures".

the reason you cant walk on all things is because you can only walk on bsp, so not scenery or machs or blocs or anything other than bsp

I do remember mods along time ago that you could walk on walls.. It was on turf it was cool but I give up on finding it though...

Yes Guerilla was what inspired me to look in the surfaces reflex of the bsp and it ended up being identical
