HCE is not working missing or corrupted files!!!

ok...ok....
heres what happens
I downloaf the hce from here then i install it. i am sooo happy coz i love halo and i love mapping so why not do both??? well i get my hopes up 4 nothing coz it doesent work so i get the patch to update to 7.0 but the thing is IT STILL DOESNT WORK coz ui.map is corrupted so i get a modified orange 1 but it still thinks its corrupted and im like WTF THIS IS SO %&#@ so i posted a pm on the bungie fourms to a mod AND I GET BANNED FOR IT so this is my only hope i am a good mapper please PLEASE figure out my problem

Then just dont use a modified UI...

ummmmmmmmmmm the real 1 doesent work it says thats corrupted too

Have you tried reinstalling it? If you have and that didn't fix it you should try downloading it from some other website.
