animated textures?

I'm currently building a new vehicle:

and I was wondering, is it possible to have the bullet texture that will be located on the white panels on this image connecting the ammo store with the buns scroll as the gun is fired?

You could have posted this on GBX, but I digress.

You need to use fucntions in the tag. Set your turret's weapon tag to export its rate of fire to a function. Then open up the shader tag and have it animate the shader to the same function letter you're having the RoF go to (i.e. if you set "A in" to the RoF in the weapon tag, you want to set the shader animation source to "A out")

Poke around the warthog's chaingun shaders and weapon tag to see what I mean. I just learned this stuff on the spot (right now), so don't ask me anything else about it for now, as I know nothing more.
