It's not "complaining." I don't find th ebiped to be very good looking, and I have suggested way that I would like to see it improved.

Did I say I was a good modeler or skinner? No. I said I'm unhappy with what I see so far and suggesting that it should be improved. You think all the guys at Bungie that have a say on the final model can do the modeling and skinning themselves? I doubt it.

By your logic, I should like any car, because I can't build a better one.

HK-47, can you stop trying to be "the good guy". You're not too good at it.
If you didn't notice, even masters admitted it looks very "basic" and not that good.

Lawl, even everyone on the h2ce team thinks its crap, I find it hard to belive you think a biped with a cube for a back is better than this.

It's kind of hard to look at, since you can't extract the model or go into 3rd person without process in itself.

Actualy I kinda like it. It looks better when you're playing with it ingame. You also don't see yourself that much. The one in the betas, masters, I like. Without what ever was on it before..detail map, what ever it is...I'm not good with that stuff.

The detail map really detracts from the look it could have.
Just let Lightning whip up a shader.

hmm ok so first you say that you want to see wells make a skin/model just because he said that he didn't like it. Then you go and rip on the zanzibar biped. I'd like to see you make it. Regardless of how well it looks to you it doesn't mean that it's terrible and no effort was put into it.
Also correct me if I'm wrong but wasn't the zanazibar map made before h2 cameout? or are we talking about the other one?

And Biped looks good. On the model the only thing I truly don't like is the helmet. And for the texture, add a little more grunge or wear and tear to it. And I also agree the green is a bit strong. Perhaps just desaturate it a little? But nice detail work specially from scratch.

actually yeah, i think the problem with the helmet is the visor does'nt blend to well with it though.

I think they've hit the nail on the head.
It might look great, but the pale faded look on the visor just detracts from the overall look.
It should be a nice, deep, rich bronze.

It looks like his thighs are rubbing. You might want to separate his legs out a little bit.
