H2 ACTIVE SCENERY HELP PLEASE!!!!

I am new to H2 modding and I have a decent idea for a mod that might be enjoyable but it requires active scenery. I have read Zenon's tutorial and when he reaches the part where it says "now click the meta editor and navigate the tabs untill you find the collections tab" in h2x, I cna't figure that out. In my h2x (h2x4.20), once i click meta editor, i get this

its like that on all of them,can anyone help me please with a link to downlaod one that works or a plugin or soemthing. Thank you.

You have to have H2X Custom for it to work.
