Few quick questions.....
If i wanted to add invisible walls to block off certain areas in a bsp, how or what would be the best way to go about doing it? I heard i could use large SP doors, what is the tag name of the largest doors?
Is there any possible way to place a pelican or phantom on a map without it flipping wildley?
What is the tag name of the pine trees in "The Valley" mimesis map for coag?

I like the gondola_launch or launch_gondola (whatever its called). There's some bridge_plank or something that I hear is really good as well.
The pelican's flipping is a result of it's goofy phmo. It's being looked at. In the meantime, the solution is to spawn it on a mach--it sits just fine on mach platforms. It might sit well on scen as well, though I've never tested it, so if your bsp comes with a bsp scen in it already, you should try spawning the pelican on it before you go injecting a mach just for the pelican.

To be honest I have never even once messed with a tree scen. They've never interested me (although Selan Forest was a fun map to play on). I'm going to make one of my trademark "very-little-evidence" guesses, though, and say that they might be in the bsp scen. The only reason I would think this is 'cuz I've seen a few mods here and there that seem to try to get rid of those trees but they were still there.

ok well i think i figured it out but i ran into another problem.
I did my bsp conversion, but then couldnt transfer over stuff with insolence cuz it would get stuck in the mode tag...
so i transferred my stuff first, then did the bsp conversion, and now i cant open up the map in entity's or darkmatters bsp viewers....i get an error....
i dont know what do do now....

How much stuff did you add? I get that problem when I overload my map with machs. Actually, just putting the machs in doesn't break it, but once I set up the itmc and all that, it breaks.
Try adding a few pieces at a time. Then get 'em all set up and move on to the next until you hit the limit. Also, I'm pretty sure you want to do the bsp first before anything else. Also, you can use entity to add your machs and stuff. It's capable of drag-and-drop, but I think the extract and inject option is better. Not sure why, but it seems to be the favored method in tutorials.
