CANNOT CONNECT TO XBOX LIVE

i was playing my modded sanc on live with my friends in a custom game ( im already banned from MAtchmaking) then BOOF i come home turn on the box cannot connect to xbox live WTF WHAT THE FUCK!

pisses me off

does this mean i am banned from XBOX LIVE forever?

IT's cause it's down today.I can't connect either and I don't even have a softmodded xbox.

It bans even if you've never played matchmaking. My friend was tarded enough to start playing his mods on Live, but he only did customs (he was only able to, banned him too quick) and I was in the custom game the first time he had mods. Bam, he got banned.
