i have made a completely new model of a vehicle and weapon and inject it over an old weapon and it show up black
how would i be able to give it a skin since i changed all the dimensions and things :S

skinning new models is currently not possible. there's like a UMV wrapping or something that is supposed to be really hard to do. So the only thing you can do with the model right now is change the shader.
Maybe you could like add smaller flat panels or something on the model so that you'll have multiple models and that will maybe let you change the shaders up and give it a texturized look?

It can be skinned, but it'll be all swirled up. One of my very first experiments was on MC's model. After a while of wondering "wtf?" I finally realized the wierd-shaped orange blob on the back of his head was his visor.
The texture was wrapped wrong after I extracted it with dm, but it was like 10 times worse after I injected it.
I suppose if you had a simple enough bitmap (rocks or sand or something) you might be able to get passable results, but if you want a helicopter that says L.A.P.D on the side or something, you're out of luck.
