ok i get this error when i try to fix the padding
Attempted to read or write protected memory. this is often an indication that other memory is corrupt
its what wwindows uses as a substitute for Ram.... its a file stored on the HDD its also known as "Virtual Memory" it is stored in the hdd, if windows corrupts that, its just like using stuffed ram... things go ape shit.
right click on C:\ and click on [properties] then click on the [tools] tab, and under "error checking" click on [Check Now] tick both checkbox's and press start. you will recive a error message saying "The disk check could not be performed because the disk check utility needs exclusive access to some windows files....... and so on.. click on yes, and reboot, it will do the check / repair on startup (and hopefully fix the problem)
