build cache file help

Ok did the tool.exe structure thing and it gave me a senro tag, and went into guerilla and sat all that up and went into sapien and popuatied it and saved. but when i go to build the cache file it keeps coming up with help commands for tool.exe. I typed tool.exe build cache file levels\test\sniperhell sniperhell and it gives me an output like when u type tool.exe and that it
