die Rammstein
Die Rammstein is a German heavy metal band that has grown absolutely huge in europe. anybody heard of them, all their music is in german, so you cant understand most of it (even though i take german in school), but it is actually quite good.

I'm german and all my friends HATE it.Its not good. Its total bullshit.I can treanslate you parts of his best song if you want:
"One...Two...Three....Four....Five....Six....Seven....Eight.....Nine.....OUT!"
"The sun blends out of my eyes,it can burn you it can blend"
Refrain:
"Here comes the sun.It is the brightest star if all"
Not flaming here but I just want to say:
American people don't fall for Rammstein. Its total bullcrap he is gothic(ugly) don't support his music.

it's probably made better by being unable to understand the lyrics. that way you can't be distracted by the words and you listen to the music instead.
ASPARTAME: in your diet soda and artificial sweeteners. also, it's obviously completely safe. it's not like it will cause tumors or anything. >.>

Re: die Rammstein
I think that they're all right, even though the the lyrics often cross the line straight into the bizarre, but that is not very accurate. Other than Patrick, I have known several European exchange students, and none of them like Rammstein, they all think the lyrics are too wierd. I think the fact that very few American fans understand the lyrics make them more appealing here.gh0570fchurch wrote:that has grown absolutely huge in europe.

The actual meaning of the song is the subject of debate but the generally accepted version is that by 'Du Hast' he is saying 'You Have.' (The words for 'Have' and 'Hate' are both similar to 'Hast' apparently)xXxCocoFangxXx wrote:It's Du Hast! No Do Hasch, and it does mean You Hate.
He is saying 'You Have' because the entire song is a play on wedding vows. It goes: 'You, You have, You have asked me, You have asked me and I said nothing.' As in at a wedding, you are asked 'Do you take this person as your wife?' and he did not respond. The refrain is the German equivelant of 'Until death do us part' to which the singer passionately responds 'No!'
