lol it all depends on the type of data in the file. I can guarantee you that you won't get very good compression from a video no matter what you use.

Avi's actually compress amazing in a rar..........200MB file to like i think 4-10 MB or something....

My bad, it was a 9MB thing that compressed to 900 KB....

yes, you need winuha to extract uha archives.

No other programs support this at the time (thought it can be easily implimented into others if you know how.)

Video was never meant to be archived - the only way to properly compress video is to re-encode it.

May I suggest XviD?

Hey you can suggest that. By the way, i had some problems about this : I did a 17 Mo WMV file of 7Minutes in 720X510 !!! But I can't do it anymore... So, in which format advise me to convert my video ? X-Vid ?
