This skin is basically the same sort of theme as closer to heaven by theycallmechad. A level falling apart

Patch is serenity v3 - Enjoy
Edit: 2 things
first...I gotta say that I will probly update this with kooler features...Better looking effects (enhanced not changed) and internal skins and probly some custom sounds to make it better
Heh dont take this as a beta, I've already argued about that. This is more of just the skin and later I can make the skin better...
secondly I'd like to thank theycallmechad...Although technically you didnt do anything for this skin you gave me inspiration and youve been a great help in skinning and a great fellow halo2 modder to speak with...Thanks man its been really kool latley...
So yeah enjoy people hopefully you'll like my skin

Very, very nice! I'm testing out right now. It's great to see that the skinning scene is getting bigger.

Because I'm on my laptop, which I don't have any of my modding apps on.ScottyGEE wrote:Curious...although I take your compliment, I see no download counter increase

Question: Why the hell couldn't Bungie have just made the skins look this good to begin with? I'm seeing lots of great skins (this being close to the top of the list) and I just can't get over the fact that they're so much better than what Bungie did.
How'd you do the sky? Is it just a regular skydome, or is that the whole 3d mainmenu scenery? Looks amazing.

Its a sky taken from newmombassa...the first BSP one...The skies in halo2 though are so very nicley done which is wierd considering how like snaku said not all the skins are that good to look at normally. If only the same people worked on the level skins.
Thanks for the comments, I personally love the wartorn type theme and it fits very nicley with the map as some of its already damaged and theres the war sounds in the background...Although I changed that...I got some single player music Playing in the background. It ruins the whole feel but its fun to listen to whilst playing.
