Screencap Trainer

Well thats the thing...my trainer will only capture 640x480 so even if its outputting more, you'll only get 640x480. My question is, did the capures look any different?

Teh reason XBMC screen captures are cpabale of being so large is because the program supports higher resolutions such as 720p. Halo 2 does not. It runs at 720x480 whether widescreen or full screen, it just changes the shape of the pixels in order to match your television. I believe that's how it works.

Here's a simple and straight through tutorial for using command prompt and the deswizzler:

1. Click Start-> Run
2. Type in "cmd" and hit OK
3. If you're like me and store your swizzled image in another directory type, "cd [directory]" for example "cd C:\compiler" and it'll changed the directory from "C:\documents and settings\user" to "C:\compiler"
4. After you change the directory to the image, type in "deswizzle Screencap#.raw output.bmp" You can change "output" to whatever you want
5. Click enter
6. After it's done, type "exit" and hit enter and it'll exit command prompt.

And there you go, the manual way to do it... or if you're lazy you can use Agent ME's .bat .

Well, I finally gave up trying to get Halo 2 to load in DEBUG so I can use XIG... Well, now I play the waiting game for the final trainer. *waits*

The waiting game sucks!!! lol. No the way I see it the longer it takes the better it will be in the end. I praise you xbox7887.

guys if u want to make it so u can easy convert the raw without all the command prompt then simply.

1.) paste this into a text editor "deswizzle screencap.raw image.bmp" without quotes.
2.) save as a .bat file.
3.) put in same directory as deswizzle and screencap.raw and run

here for the lazy people just dl this .bat

He has got it handled. By the way, I figure out what happened with The H2 Launcher. For some reason when I was screwing with XIG it put that pic in my Pics folde... Sorry guys.

I don't know all the shortcuts but if you want to specify an absolute address just type in "cd c:\blablablabla"

btw...I tried this again rnamed $u to $uplzwork...I see the trainer...enabled both of em and clicked save changes, but nothing happens...I swear i think my xbox might be partially retarded

well...pretty sure actually

I modded 2 of my friends boxes, and each of the boxes I was able to add 50 maps to the mainmenu...But everytime i try on mine (same program/process) it never works...and i called Nick (person I orginally modded his box for) and he is able to get this to work...I swear...something with that internal error 21 I think...
