I'm not sure. The server works perfectly from with-in my network.

When someone else on the net tries to connect, it seems to get through to a point to the server, it records them connecting and says so, but to them nothing really happens and it eventually says it failed. Ports seem to be forwarded correctly and all.

Anyways, my IP has changed and its now 70.143.67.157. Not that the FTP server is working right, but if you want to try, that's what to go to.

i bet it is cause of a firewall

Ok, guys, to connect yo AgentMEs server you must have PASV(Passive Mode) off. Also may I note the conversion is instant.

I will be releasing some source for my flycam and might write up a step by step tutorial on how I found the camera array and modified it to my liking, so if you're willing to lean you will have the information needed to get started
