This works as is. I may update it with labeled object types that I found while modding some maps. Wish I kept better track while I was doing them. XD found some already in the source thread. The fixed scnr has been uploaded.
I also updated the matgmm plugin for Adi, DotHalo, etc. to reflect the real value of the map. The previous one was labeled incorrectly.
1 more thing that most of you probably already know. If you are the joiner on XBC and have the attached patch, you will have the host's properties for the scnr/itmc.

WTF, WHY THE HELL DONT THIS WORK FOR ME, which f-in program are these plugins for, and ive tryed h2edit, dothalo, and adi, and an error always comes up that i have the option to continue or quit

Stoner got it to work. The scnr goes in tag template (not plugins) folder for ADI 2.0. Re-download the fixed version. The matgmm goes in the plugin folder.

alright, what do i do after i put the plugins in, and what do i do to add vehicles, i tried the h2edit way, and it dont work, am i sposed to add plugins to that too?
*edit* ive tried injecting meta, everytime i do, it says the meta your trying to inject is bigger than the one your replacing
what does this mean, do you have any suggestions for what effe to overwrite, cmon help me out, i need it for a movie

dude, could you make a step by step tutorial on how to add vehicles to a map, for instance, i want to add a warthog to the back of foundation(outside the barrior) so i

There already a warthog in foundation. Just move the z-coord of the right scnr number up there. You'd have to guess and check or use Dark Matter.

Don't use H2edit. It doesn't inject meta correctly. Just use ADI.
There's effects that are not big enough. You have to find them. There are 2 banshee bomb effects that I use. Just play around and you'll find more.

my darkmatter is fucked, the sbsp and scnr tags bring up an error screen, i have the option to continue or quit, when i click continue it locks up darkmatter, when i click quit, it shuts it down, and i start from scratch, will somebody please send me the good darkmatter, fixed version
