maybe...but ive never seen it on Halomods and ive looked all over so i figured id do one...

Plus this was made for PC not ce.

yeah...you can...lol the H2 Skins project is what im doing this for...Skins for pc! not skins that are made for CE (Cause sometimes the skins are WAY to big)
