I never said that he wouldn't have. I was just trying to make the general point that if you're going to blame the government, you can't just blame the current president

Are you honestly saying, that if Clinton was president on 9/11 it would have been stopped? Yes the Government was tipped that there was going to be an attack, but they get thousands of tips... what would have made this different?

I believe he would've stopped 9/11, mainly because I believe it was the Bush administration that came up with it all?

Bush admin has always had power in the government somewere,
