I dont know if you all know Soldier of Light from the Insolence community forums, but we were discussing chunk adding and he said a friend of his is very close to finishing a Proper chunk adder APP. So with that, the map will be less glitchy and you will be able to do things such as open the scnr tag in Darkmatter after adding any given chunk.(which you can't do as of now)

Really because i get an error saying index outside the bounds of array when i try to open that tag after adding a chunk with glitchys chunk adder. How did you get it to work?

Use the new darkmatter also called broken darkmatter. Then open your map and go to the scnr tag. Clikc the meta editor before you clikc the actual tag and wehn it loads you should be able to use it.
