Yes it is illegal to run around in public with a replica gun. As it looks like a real firearm, especially the Beretta M9's, Desert Eagles, etc. A cop has the right to shoot you if he believes you are a threat to public. The only way to make your airsoft gun look less like a real gun is keep the 1/4 inch of orange paint at the tip. As you can see, mine does not have that, and im in California with strict firearm laws.

And just to give you an idea on the wide variety of airsoft guns, heres a Steel BB firing M134.

www.PIPERSPRECISIONPRODUCTS.com < some of the fastest and most powerful airsoft guns out there, dominates paintball.

Jesus, if you're gonna spend that kind of cash on a gun, why not get a real one. It will be more useful ;)

Because real miniguns are illegal, and since this one is a functional minigun and is still deadly, why not have a WORKING minigun replica and that still do some big damage. :D

Well, given the fact that you'd probably get arrested for walking round the streets with one of them anyway, would you rather have a BB one that has trouble tearing up a TV, or something a little more like this...

you can get a good Legal gun with that kind of money. For 3K, you can buy a Colt 44. Magnum. or a good Bolt action rifle.

LOL..... I dont think so. They loaded the minigun with STEEL pellets, not 6mm plastic BB's. Doesn't matter if there were charges or not, that TV was dead. They fired maybe 1000 rounds? yeah? Why don't you try taking your TV, and hurl 1000 steel 6mm pellets at it at 600 feet per second (409 MPH). It would die, charges or not. The point theyre trying to show is that it can kill a TV set, and likely, it can kill a person firing steel bb's.

well, theres not much in a TV that can cause that kind of flame. and blue smoke proves theres some kind of accelerant. the white powdery clouds is the tube and glass breaking, but What Im sayin is, they wouldnt've goteen as much damage without charges. it took 1000 rounds to break the glass what a 13 yr. old can do with a screwdriver.

Get the best paintball gun and take one of the strongest airsoft rifles. VFC Barrett M82. Firing 8 mm steel pellets at 500+ MPH. That will kill you. I would LOVE to see somebody get killed from that just to prove that just because paintball is more popularized, we still have the stronger guns. So yes, paintball owns airsoft in popularity, but when it comes to power. Airsoft dominates both POWER and RATE OF FIRE. Stop argueing about firepower lol. No contest. We have modified airsoft guns firing at or near 1000 FPS. Which is almost as fast as real guns.
