is there a way to make one of them fling cameras for halo 2?

You mean the monitor? That robot eye thing that babbled about "the reclaimer" all the time? There's one in backwash. I read somewhere someone talking about importing it to another map.

Flying camera? Do you mean like the debug camera in Halo CE? If so, xbox7887 made a trainer to do that...

i think thats what it is, a dev trainer. so it gives you the view like when your sitting out, but you can fly it around.

Download this and view the readme. It should be compatable with evox as well as all Xored loaders. This will only work on an original xbe, NO AUTOUPDATES. Make sure tsr is set to normal and it's the only trainer enabled. If none of those things work try switching between evox and xored as well as trying a different bios. If you still can't get it to work contact me with your system info.

thats it, thanks alot, works pretty good. i hope they add the thing to make bipd invis.its funny watching the mc still walk around when your flying the camera. is there away to lock the mc? i see the time freeze, but that freezes everything right? what if i just want my bipd to stop moving when im in the fly cam? how do you go about making a trainer anways?

EDIT:
you cant use the debug with this? im not sure if i can ask that here, so if i can contact you on a msger or something please let me know xbox7887

This one will work with debug, just use the Xored Mini ETM Launcher and you shouldn't have any problems. As for the rest of your suggestions...they will be in the new version whenever it's ready for release.

im not sure i know how to use that mini launcher thing. i have evox and when i try to run debug and the trainer it gets all wierd on me. halo 2 says there is too many profiles to log in and stuff.

Should be on xbins. You're talking about the Xored etm launcher, right?
