So iam back after a long time of not giving a dam about modding and now my friends convinced me to try and make the gravity hammer useable in MP so i figure ill just switch the hlmt and w.e there but it dosent work out so well in the end and after being gone for like 2 months i have forgotten all the stuff i used to know about moding so iam stuck any help?

Well first transfer the hammer over with insolence, then open the hammer (weap tag) and change the mode to dev.

Goto FP models or something and on the right goto Drop down 0, and set the top value to the hammer, and the bottom to...gosh i dont know. try the fp_sword (for Master Cheif not Dervish).

Then after your done, do the same to the drop down 1, except instead of using MC's fp_sword, use the dervish fp_sword.

-Im pretty sure that will work, but if not, come back here.

that didn't work for me, I still can't pick it up...and there's only one chunk

Well that worked for me when adding in the Jackal shield, and thats an object that you cannot normally pick up in SP, therefore this strategy seems logical. And there should be 2 different numbers (0 and 1) one for MC one for the Elite.

yeah, there SHOULD be, but there isn't, take a look.

i think the reason the jackle sheild worked and the hammer didnt has something to do with the jackle shield being a secondary weopon ment for duel weilding while the hammer wasnt. I'll take a look at it when i have the time and see what i can do with it.
