Where'd the flamethrower go?

My friend was playing halo 1 on his PC, (using a flamethrower to take down a tank.) I was all, COOL! so I went out and bought Halo: Combat Evolved for xbox, there is NO FLAMETHROWER! How can I get this without going out and spending a shitload of money on the PC version of the game?

the pc version is only like 15 dollars.

Or you can meta swap and modify it and it will work too...
