3ds Max 8: How to get the Blitzkrieg plug-in to work.

Finish a new model/mesh? Got something you're working on? Finish a new map? Here's the place to post it for feedback and whatnot.

3ds Max 8: How to get the Blitzkrieg plug-in to work.

Post by NixonInnes »

- Download Blitzkrieg 6
- Read the read-me file and copy the 4 .dll's into the appropriate folder
- Copy the .dle file into your Autodesk\plugins folder
- Restart your machine
- Open up 3ds Max8
- Go to Customize->Plugins Manager
- Find Blitzkrieg.dle, right click on it, selected plugins->load
- Now export your file.... hopefully successfully!

If on opening 3ds Max 8 it gives an error on the Blitzkrieg file, make sure you put the 4 .dll files in the right place (Note: You must restart your computer before the .dll's will be found!)

I hope this helps, i am a n00b at this and have spend hours trauling forums and nothing worked, but i stumbled upon this and it worked.
