Bakground looks like a texture.
When you add more then one render it looks bad.
Text looks bad and dosen't fit the sig.
Needs a border.
Render needs to be blended.

Background is good, but it seems like the contrast or levels are too high. However, it does match the render nicely.
The text is simple. It does not take away from the sig though. But the "Pixel Dust" has got to go. It just seems slapped in there. Add some warping or something.

All around: 3/5.

has some kool brushing, its not anime, looks fair good...but text isnt so much as "hup" (in ketchup

) is hard to see...ish....
your score has nearly doubled at a 7.9/10 wooo!

high voltage....simple i like it coz i like sonic and the colours(my MC in h2 is violet and yellow WOO)...its basic compared to the 1337 ppl around here but its still pretty kool

What do you mean that kind of anime? If you think its hentai it isnt. People should not rate things of what kind of render is in the sig it matters what it looks like in the end. I may not like Powerrangers but if someone used a Powerranger render in a sig and made it look nice in the end i would think it looks nice even though i dont like powerrangers at all.

Oh and 7/10 for the sig looks pretty nice.
