whats a site with no spam nothin but halo mods and no noobs asking tons of question?

me i dont know

you try to post what site it the coolest without posting your site

i think i will make a site with tuts forums and really tough moderators (to cut down on spam) and a knowledge base so "noobs" can find what they need


but ill need some help with layouts and such

i will make a completely new site
