is their a way to mod in like raceing games like juiced and need for speed underground and need for speed underground 2 and most wanted

it is. But there are some mods for them. Mostly just Radar map customizations. There are no actual modding programs for Underground 2 and Most Wanted, so its pretty hard to mod. there are Music Extractors and Movie removers but thats about it.
