Well...basically i'm new to modeling and i tried out a tut, and it worked extremely perfectly and so here we are, and this is my first ever model!!!

I just want feedback and stuff...yeah...

Edit: GOD DA*!NIT!!! I can't get the picture to show up...i'll just use the stupid ole linkage...*grumbles something about stupid ole link*

Edit: i'm not done...just this is what i got as my main gun. notice the no trigger and it's not smoothed...yeah...and if anyone has any tut's on detailing...help would be appreciated.

Looks damn close to me, but still like.............idk........weird on the edges. i give an 6/10.

I agree. It's very weird on the edges. They need to be rounded some more.

yeah i didn't bevel before i smoothed so it's not as smooth on the edges of the barrel and stuff.

It's more or less a box shaped like a pistol... go back and make parts round, add detail, and fix the thing up. It's your first I know, but I would give you 0.5/10 for the effort it took to trace the outline and extrude it. I could do that in like, 30 seconds...

yeah but i don't nkow how to do that! I have looked through the tutorials and haven't found anything to do with putting detail...and i no that beveling and stuff rounds it, but im' not really done...so yeah...i forgot to mentin that in my first post!

I am not trying to be harsh, but 1/10. The model is very boxy and lacks detail. It looks like all you did was trace the picture and extrude. I would read Katarn's post here. In his post, there are 2 very simple tutorials on modeling guns.

Yeah, most speed modellers can make this in.. what, 10 seconds? :P

And yes, look for those tutorial Shadow mentioned.
