Do any plugins offer DXT4 support?

Can anyone think of a good plugin that offers dxt4 support? I"m trying to edit a hud and I can't change the health bars because no programs offer dxt 4 support. Thanks for the help if anyone knows.

are you talking about for like photoshop if you are you hav to get the Nvidia .dds plugin

no nvidia doesn't support it

It's a longshot but is there a gimp plugin that supports it? or any way to edit dxt4 compression images?

get DXTBmp. it can save things as any dxt.

in photoshop just save the skin as a DXT5 and inject it.
