I think he means the Wraith mortar, which is the closest to a meteor you can get. Download the plugin below. Swap the weapon's projectile with the Wraith shot. Change the Weight/Arc to something really high, like 9999. Change the Z box in the Weapons tag, to something high, like 50 or 25 or something. Test.

is there a way i can do it on bloodgulch without putting the wraith into the map
