I was making flags for our mapping team and when i made them i decided to release them so i thought these might help some people out who want to create custom flags:

Yes its a skin and they are only for Halo CE not PC. It would be a little difficult to mod them for PC.

Didnt use this, decided not too.
I like how you removed the icons.

not my fault the display options here are so wierd compared to gbx...
