Patch_v3.lvl maker

Hey guys, I'm working on a patch_v3.lvl maker. The only part that I'm missing is how the patch_v3.lvl is encrypted/signed. Any help would be appreciated. Mods, feel free to delete this if it is against any forum rules.

the whitepapers for the patch3.lvl files where released just b4 mimesis was released.. but the took the downlaod down maybe someone still has em though
