Rethink that bud, if he was leaking a map do you really think that one of the largest Halo CE map downloading websites would be hosting it. If the map was leaked then the creator can simply ask for them to take it down since it is under copyright law.
BKerr is not leaking any maps, instead he is creating mirrors to the website that hosts them. End of story. I do not want to hear anymore on him "leaking" or hosting illegal content on halomods.
Incorrect, talk to UXB, he won't take down maps unless there is a court order.
We've had a giant few-day discussion about this on GBX. Our maps are not copywrited by us, we haven't patented them. It sucks, but it's the truth (unless somebody paid the money to).
There are many leaked maps on HaloMaps.org site. In my opinion, it's not the hoster of the site's fault, or the leaker himself, it's the creator for giving them out. But, it's the person who leaked it that really shouldn't have, and used better courtesy. But of course, this is online, people have nothing better to do.
