Map Model Remover

I had a wonderful idea for a mod, but I was wondering if anyone happened to have the program that removed the model and collision from a map file. I do not recall the name of this tool, nor the author. But I do know it was made by a member of HaloMods pre-Custom Edition time. If anyone has any information on this tool please PM me.

Thats why theres a search tool...type in BSP Remover and it might come up with something...
