Model resizing

Im trying to make the masterchief smaller but everytime i use the model resizing program i have it goes through fine. but then in the game the spartan just looks well retarted hes all distorted and stupid looking

how can i fix this?

use adi and glitchy's model resizer if you can't understand thata new one.

use insolenece with the its model sizer it allows to multiply or divide the model by however many times u want deafualt is 5 times

ya this one is a automatic one by r4ndom
where can i get glitchys iv looked for it with no luck

and is this the insolence model resizer cause i put them in the plugin folder but when i enter the mod, scnr or watever tag there suposed to add functions to nothin happens its still the same
