Ok, for christmas i am getting a new computer.
What video card can i get?
I needs to be under 100 dollars.
It needs to have 256 ram.
And it needs to be able to play Battlefield 2. And it needs to be able to play future games.

I'd seriously recommend 512+. 256 RAM isn't that great.

OK for battlefield you need soemthing called "blabla shaders" so you would need a AGP card.Make sure you have a slot for it.And i don't think you can't get a good 256MB AGP card under 100$.LEt me search...
ok here(not recommended though):http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLi ... rder=price

This wouldnt really go to the tech problems.
Under Halo General ----> Tech Questions
This isnt really about Halo, y'know?
www.wholesaleauction.com
ATI Radeon X600
Supported by BF2.
ATI Radeon 9600.
Also supported.
ATI Radeon X600 uses 16x technology.
Although, it can fit in a 8x slot.
Because the ATI radeon X600 uses PCI Express.
PCI is compatible with 8x.
Thanks for you're help.
