Goto your properties and look for
FormBorderStyle and to the right of it you'll see "Sizable"

for example Change it to like FixedToolWindow
What that means is that it stays like that and the user running the app cant change it, only the programmer.

Ok, Trick 2(two)
In Trick two we will learn how to add items to the tooler bar. in our example i will show you guys how to add a Windows Media Player Tool (thingy majigger, ill post code in a bit) and a Shockwave Flash Object.
So open your Tool Bar and and right click it and select Choose Items...
You will get a new window pop up thingy with a bunch of text and check boxes, it may take a minutre for it to pop up so sit tight. now for this tut u will click the tab "COM Companents". Scrool down and look for Shockwave Flash Object, and Windows Media Player. Check those boxes and Click "Ok" and then your tool bar should now look like this:
