model resizing??

ive been using insolence with the model sizer plugin and trying to resize explosions for a nuke or what not... but i cant figure out how to resize the actuall explosion... all it well let me resize is the mode (models) and arnt the explosions in the effects tab?

I also want to be able to resize models.... but I dont know even where to start (this guy is talking about insolence... but I see now model resizer plugin in insolence)

so u want to know how to resize the explosion effect or the explosion damage distance?
