Quick question (maybe hard)

I Need To Know how to spawn a character? Not from a gun and not in replacement of an item just a normal old character (NOT AI) with no ai included (even though it aint possible) any thoughts?

Chunk add then add a spartan/elite or whatever bipd your using, to the map?
