not bad, but if you turn the images into gifs and make the background (white) transparent then you can add proper backgrounds and animations

ok heres the deal ive been on the web alot today looking for info and pics on councilers heres the best info i can give you with out buying an xbox and halo 2 and almost finishing the game the council do have black helmets just not completely black they appear to have white stripes on them only the senior council members have markings on thier shoulders
to show thier devotion to the great journey
heres a pic

its not modded either its from the the cutscene at the start of the game
just in case hers where i got info from

P.S i dont think ive ever seen a couciler use Honor guard staff unless it was modded

and i dont think theyre any other colour than white

the red honor gaurd uses the staff its in the 2 to last lvl i think
and on the 3 to last lvl u rescue some white honor gaurds and their helmet is white with siver stripes
