How do I do this on the POA?

in the begining of the poa you see all the marines in a big open area with pelicans flying around. i've been trying to get to this area but am not having much luck. would I be able to get there with spark edit?

As of right now no one knows how or is able to except MonoxideC who is currently turning that area into a multiplayer level.

i havnt been keeping up with that thread but from what ive seen it looked like he was making it from the maw part at the end dont know i could be wrong i just skimmed over the posts.
