(Halo 1) PMI Tools v1.0
EDIT*:
new version. go here and all will be explained
- PMI Tools v1.0 -
// *EDIT //
- PMI Tools v0.8 Beta -
By Onetoomanysodas
Introduction
Hello. This is the first Beta for PMI Tools. The programs purpose serves very simply. It duplicates objects for you on input based on map name, and the new object name. Once it starts compiling it writes the xml files and renames the necessary meta files. This process should take no more than a minute or so. After you compile, the folder is ready for rebuilding in HMT.
Features
Being the first Beta, I am only releasing this program with the ability to duplicate weapons. Due to minor complications and tedious processes, the weapons it can duplicate with 100% success are as follows:
Assault Rifle
Flamethrower
Needler
Pistol
Plasma Pistol
Plasma Rifle
Rocket Launcher
Shotgun
Sniper Rifle
Interface
Yes, I am aware that this program cannot minimize properly due to the fact that the UI looks good with a toolbar border rather than a full border but this among many other little annoyances will be improved in future releases. For the meanwhile, enjoy the pleasant user interface colors and buttons.
Instructions
Helpful hints and instructions for this program are programmed in so all you must do is follow along. If you are experiency difficulty, please post so in this feedback thread.

Good job!
Duplicating is a pain and this will make it a LOT easier.

ok, ill prolly be called a noob modder for this comment (which id hav to disagree, ive been modding a while now, and have gotten pretty good at it, i still have some things to learn tho). anyway. I dont get it, it just duplicates the weapon? you can do that with sparkedit. im prolly misunderstanding it, so plz explain sum1. thx.
