Scarab on Coag problem!

Scarab on Coag problem!

Hi, For my new mod I'm working on (Covenant Intelligence Research Facility):

I want to spawn a Scarab in the center of Coagulation where the Rocket is. I need the Scarab to be solid and it must not move when shot with a rocket launcher (or more precise - a Covenant Nuclear Bomb - pic above)

I have tried replacing the Rocket spawn with a Warthog then swapping the HLMT to the Scarab, but when I load the map, the Scarab spawns then starts to roll over and the game freezes! <_<
BTW, I have tried injecting the Scarab from Turf and New Mombassa.

Can someone please help!!!

its Becouse its collision model gets messed up when transfering to a new map with insolence. try either fixing it with hex or using another editor to add it to your map

I have no idea how to fix it in HEX and what other editor can do this??

Hey, thats EXACTLY what I wanted. I want a scarab on containment....
so...how did ya do it?

Well it doesnt work yet because of the collision stuff. It replaced the Rocket in the center with the Hog then changed the hogs HLMT to the Scarabs and the WEAP to the main scarab gun.

So basically you are gonna make the scarab driveable too??

No, it wont be drivable. Thats just an example of how to do it.

I wont to make mine completely solid and unmovabled, even by my big Nuke.

Ok, so can you tell me how you got the scarab to spawn on coagulation?(AFter you transferred the scarab) I am getting the idea that you changed the rocket launcher ammo to warthog then from there changed it to scarab. Did you change its hlmt or change it to mach/scarab? I will work on making it solid too if I can get it on there. :D

(PS do you have msn messenger so I can talk to you on there?)
