Um, I'm guessing you're behind a router. That's not a valid IP address. It's your local LAN ip, but to host, you need to open forwarding for port 2302 and get your WAN IP.morphias_22 wrote:192.168.1.101:2302

Yo Havok you speak the truth. I have a wraith tank in a Lunar Madness gultch mod I got from www.ign.com, and it's nothing special really.
Also, Mono dude I can't wait! Hopefully you'll finish this tonite, because I gotta do homework, and the excitement of this mod is distracting me from doing it at the moment.

No I'm not drunk, I'm just exhausted from staying up all night drinking.

Halo PC Security Hot Fix
February 11th, 2004 4:52 PM PST, by SketchFactor
Within the next hour, a special hot fix is being released for Halo PC via the auto-update system. In order to play with the updated clients, all Halo PC dedicated servers will need to be updated as well. Here are the official release notes:
Gamespy Secuirty Hot-Fix for Halo PC and Halo PC Dedicated Server
The GameSpy Security Hot-Fix for Halo PC addresses a rare crash bug that could occur if a malicious individual (hacker) purposely tried to exploit the GameSpy CDKey SDK. This Hot-Fix changes the version number of Halo PC and Halo PC Dedicated Server to 1.04 from 1.031.
The updated version of the dedicated server can be downloaded HERE. The actual game update will be applied automatically the next time you attempt to play online.
Please keep in mind that it will take some time for all of the Halo PC server admins to upgrade their servers. Until this happens, you may encounter problems when trying to join a server still running the older version. Things should return to normal once the update gets circulated throughout the community.
All of the BUNGIE servers have already been updated and are available for play.
