Halo 2 (for halo ce) HUD help

i want to make the SAME exact HUD from halo 2. Targeting Recitricles, Ammo Meters, Radar and enregy shield energy bar. how can i do it?
i have photoshop and Corel Paint Shop Pro X
(feel free to tell me over MSNM)
