forge.halomods?

Anyone know whats up with http://forge.halomods.com/ , if I go there to get the hex list either the page can not be displayed or I cant do anything anyway. I'm really ne to hex editing and I need the list, anyone know whats up? Can someone get me the list for me?

I have it somewhere on my PC, but that site shut down...
